檢查接地線是否接地牢固，各部件是否正常，操作位置是否光線明亮，（未經(jīng)培訓(xùn)的人員不要操作本機床），而且在操作時要做到三緊、三不、一注意。

三緊是：衣著緊身、緊腰、緊袖。

弄清鉆頭的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，正確選用鉆頭，數(shù)控排鉆中心操作時不得靠近或觸摸移動或轉(zhuǎn)動零部件。
